Eight years of courtroom experience. A commitment to honest counsel. And a belief that every person deserves a vigorous defense — regardless of the charge.
Ken Thompson
Criminal Defense Attorney · Plymouth, MI
Background
Ken Thompson has been practicing criminal defense law in Michigan, representing individuals charged with everything from first-offense misdemeanors to serious felonies. He built his practice on a simple principle: every client deserves the same level of preparation, attention, and advocacy — whether the charge is a traffic offense or a felony assault.
Based in Plymouth, Ken focuses exclusively on criminal defense in Wayne County and surrounding Michigan courts. He understands how the prosecution builds its cases and knows how to challenge the evidence, the witnesses, and the procedure at every stage.
Ken earned his B.S. from Eastern Michigan University and his J.D. from Western Michigan University. He is admitted to practice before all Michigan state courts and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM).
"The criminal justice system is powerful. My job is to make sure it treats every person fairly — and to fight hard when it doesn't."
